Both metal objects are fully ground and oiled – giving them a refined, out-of-the-ordinary look that clearly sets them apart from the classic rust patina. Bare Finish – For Living Spaces & Conservatories
Our bare objects are primarily suited to living spaces and conservatories. To protect them from surface rust (flash rust), they are fully ground and then oiled. If you wish to place the set in the garden, we recommend suitable protective measures – otherwise the objects will gradually develop their natural rust.
Please note: All other metal objects shown in the photos, as well as the lighting and decoration, are not part of this offer.
Material Notes ("Rust Is Alive")
Rust is a natural process – without protection, surface rust can form on bare steel over time, and the colour can range from light orange to a warm, dark rust tone. Time and humidity determine how strongly and how evenly the rust forms. Please note that rust can rub off. If you wish to place the object on sensitive surfaces, please protect them accordingly.
Finish & Mounting
Despite the most careful workmanship, sharp edges may be present on metal objects. Our objects are made without mounting tabs. For specific mounting requirements depending on your ground surface, please contact us in advance.
